001What is included in the trial?

Everything. Connect Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Generate topics with Claude, images with Imagen, schedule and publish as much as you like for seven days. No credit card up front.

002Which platforms do you publish to?

Facebook Pages, Instagram Business and Creator accounts (including Reels, Stories, and carousels), and LinkedIn, both your personal profile and any Company Page you administer.

003Do I need my own AI keys?

Yes. Anthropic for text generation and Google Gemini for image generation. Both have generous free tiers, and we store the keys encrypted at rest. We never share usage across customers.

004Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

005Can one account manage multiple businesses?

Yes. Each user gets their own subdomain and isolated data: Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, posts, and analytics are scoped to that workspace.

006What about Australian currency and timezones?

Pricing is shown in AUD by default with a USD/GBP toggle. Each workspace picks its own timezone and dates render in that zone everywhere: calendar, post history, analytics.

007Is my data exported on request?

Yes. All your posts, scheduled drafts, AI topics, and analytics are exportable as JSON or CSV from the dashboard. Disconnecting a social account revokes the platform token from our side as well as yours.

008Where is customer support?

The Limecube help portal handles support tickets, with a typical first reply inside one business day. In-app help also routes there.
