Facebook Pages, Instagram Business and Creator accounts (including Reels, Stories, and carousels), and LinkedIn, both your personal profile and any Company Page you administer.
003Do I need my own AI keys?
No. AI text and image generation are included in your plan and run on our own AI accounts, so there is nothing to set up. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI topics and AI images.
004Do I still need Canva?
Not for social posts. The design editor is built in: 44 starter templates, 41 fonts, shapes, icons, masked photo frames, gradients, crop handles, your logo, undo and redo. Save any design as your own template and reuse it. Available from the Professional plan.
005Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
006Can one account manage multiple businesses?
Yes. The Business plan includes up to five workspaces under one login, each with its own business profile, connected accounts, posts, and analytics. Switch between clients from the sidebar; nothing leaks between them.
007What about Australian currency and timezones?
Pricing is shown in AUD by default with a USD/GBP toggle. Each workspace picks its own timezone and dates render in that zone everywhere: calendar, post history, analytics.
008Is my data exported on request?
Yes. Your posts, scheduled drafts, AI topics, and analytics belong to you, and a full export is available on request through support. Disconnecting a social account revokes the platform token from our side as well as yours.
009Where is customer support?
The Limecube help portal handles support tickets, with a typical first reply inside one business day. In-app help also routes there.
